Went to return an item and the staff was very rude and dismissive. She couldn’t give a genuine reason why they can’t take the item back. I take the item to Argos in camberley and had it exchange without any hassle.
Sorry.... Work organization is at the rock bottom in this store.
Staff are really nice and helpful at this store. However the technology is way behind. Other stores have tablets that makes searches really easy. There is a seating area for you to wait for your order. Never really had to wait long for my order to be picked up. 5 stars because the staff make it easier and make do without the technology.
The young lady who served me was really very nice. The low rating is because of the way the shop looks. I felt as if I was walking into a nightmare. I do not know why the layout of the shop was changed. There is no place to sit. What about persons with disabilities who need to sit down? What about people with young children who need to sit down? Perhaps there should be a play area for the children as there is often a long wait. I think more thought needs to be conducted in terms of keeping customers happy. The lighting is dismal and I feel sorry for the staff. It is a terrible way to organise a shop. The shop used to have items on display to entice people to spend money. The shop consists of machines and it is just a very depressing environment.
Really helpful service and amazing product range - shopping made easy
Painfully slow. Ordered online and went up to the fast track counter where we were ignored whilst the guy slowly found items for 2 people from the collection queue. Eventually someone came to help him and asked if we were fast track, he told us to go to the tills and wait for someone there to help us. We were there about 10-15 mins, would've been quicker to order in store.
