Very rude staff, Argos need to invest in training these staff. Lack complete costumer service. Don't even understand the simple logic of refunding payment to the original card. Gosh!

No mate, I ain't coming back here. Computers didn't work, all off the Argos books were gone, staff were rude, saying that I should get my own Argos book imstead of coming here. When I to the Supervisor, he was very nice, but he didn't sack the person who was being rude to me.

The most worst store i have ever been. Staff is too too rude dont cater people. They are interested in only selling stuff and when it comes to return they give you cockamamie. After this visit, I would not like to visit the store ever.

Well for me the service was great but on the return section there was very frail old black lady must be in 80,trying to return a kettle boiler which they accept but she was told to repack and i can see she was struggling and that particual staff wasnt helful.even though the staff could have help her it's was sad experience for me.
