This shop is wrongly advertised on Google as being open. It hasn't reopened since lockdown rules for retailers were lifted and looks to remain closed for the foreseeable future

Not the biggest Argos in the world but they seem to have most things. If not they will get it or send you to the other branch at Kingsditch Lane. The big car park behind the place is useful as it saves lugging any large items too far before starting the journey home. The staff are good and well mannered. The only downside, like most shops, is when things get really busy. It can take a while for your items to reach the counter.
This store is a tragedy! I reserved an item to collect same day, as the website said that they are available, once the reservation went through it said that it's available to collect in 4 days time, even though it still said that the product is in stock after the reservation went through, I had to drive from Gloucester, who will pay for the fuel??? This is not the first time that I had a bad experience at this store!
Can Argos try and keep in stock heavy items at their large retail park stores rather than high street? It would be easier to get heavy goods back to the car, thanks
Use Argos a lot for drop off and collect items, Staff normally, polite and efficient.
Argos branch on High Street - wide range of products, if you don't get some products on demand, they will delivery it for you or you can collect it later. Argos have excellent warranty service. Sometimes you will find some bargains but not often.
Worst store in Gloucestershire.....Kingsditch store is really poor but this store out performs them. The customer service manager call Andrea refuse to replace my apple product which was only 3months old and cost me 429. Despite explaining my injury and condition.....she plainly refused. I called Apple several times and they provided me with the authorisation code and Andrea still refused to honour the agreement. Do not buy any apple products from Argos because you will be on your own if it’s faulty. The staff will belittle you and treat you like trash. They just don’t care. Order online or from another store like AO or Currys but certainly not Argos.
Small Argos on the high street. Doesn't always have what you need in stock but can get it for you by 4pm that day. Usually quiet so wait times are reletavly short.
