Placed an order online and went to the store to collect where I had to stand out in the rain and wait. When I got to the door and showed my confirmation email I was asked to show ID and went to check my car for my license, which I then realised I had left at home. Rang home and asked for them to send me a picture of my driving license which I then showed staff at the door to be told this wasn't good enough and I could not collect my order. What a waste of my time, happy to take my money but not give me my order. Cancelled my order and will be spending my money elsewhere.

A lot less efficient and slower than they used to be, also more aggressive. had staff snatch a receipt out of my hand, then when I asked to leave feedback about this a man came out from behind the counter and started to square up to me, to the point I had to ask him to step back. I left the store quickly with my item then as this member of staff took to following me in an aggressive stance until I did. All in all I am sorry to see argos fallen so far.
