Went to collect items with disabled person , asked staff if there was an easier route to collect, ie the roof area from there back door , wasn't sure if we can manage , exit is the way you came in , never been so offended ever , will not ever enter overgate store again. Customer service skills are non existent

Service could be quicker, but overall a good experience. Friendly staff and were able to answer my queries. Able to pick up out of stock item the next day.
Staff were amazing, really helped me out trying to keep a purchase secret from my daughter - it was MUCH bigger than I expected! All concealed with large Argos carrier bags. Many thanks!

Simplified and new way of shopping experience. You can use the computer provided in Argos to find your things or use the printed books, note down the product code and order it via self kiosk machine and pay it via debit card or go through counter. Good service and quick in bringing things.
Decent place. Friendly staff. Great variety in their recent catalogue.
Absolute nightmare to deal with. Will definitely not use Argos ever again. They do not care.
