Argos was empty! Great, I thought in and out in no time! 15 minutes later, others had been in placed orders and left, even a refund and replacement item took no time! We had to ask a member of staff who was standing chatting to her colleague where our order was. Staff were not interested and once we got our item we barely had an apology. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!

Plenty of shops available. Massive amount of parking. But they really need to re organize the layout and allow one large car park with better exits and entrances.

Another horrendous shopping experience. Long wait to pick up item and as usual understaffed. Hate shopping there but toy reduced from 70 to 35 overnight...i do feel sorry for the poor people who paid the 70 last week. Will plan ahead to get click abd colle t from argos in sainsburys as its a much more pleasant experience

Large store with high levels of stock, lightning service ( less than a minute on my visit, easy parking with disabled parking and access. Helpful friendly and very efficient staff.

I bought a suitcase at Argos. IT was broken just in the first use. It was not overloaded not overweight. I wanted to leave a review of 1 star on the website but I could not done it because I have to order online and I order this suitcase in the shop. So I leave the review here. My experience is not recommend to buy any suitcase and go to another thrustful shop, even if Argos mark as "good reviews" in their products. My suitcase was supposed 4 of five stars and it was broken just in the first use. Not nice.

This place is a life and time saver! I reserve items I want online, go into store and pay via a self service screen and my items are always ready within 2 minutes even over Christmas!
