Staff ok bad management, tried to return a item only being 7 weeks old just stopped working to be told by the manager I should of read the back of my receipt as it states you have to contact the supplier first. I said why does it not state this in the catalogue, his reply was that's not my problem its on the receipt and can't I read.... I will not use Argos again, extremely rude.

Lovely and helpful staff, fast service but the shops are still using the old system. Other shops have upgraded to the new computerised system making it easier to find products and order

Nice staff & products but Do NOT give any personal info. After leaving my phone number & enquiring about how its used. I told them no marketing & i was informed the detail is used for delivery purpose only. With this assurence i gave my number, within an hour of getting home i was receiving cold callers. I complained to argos they denied giving out no.s but since i gave them my no. I was inundated with cold calls. I had to buy a call blocker. Be Warned if you are very particular of who has your details then assurences from argos about your privacy mean nothing.
