Just a few words to thank the three ladies that sorted my replacement tv out.After four months yes four months ! of technical services messing me about and after sales being next to useless,could not trace my purchase although i had purchased it with the Argos card and i had the order number.Thanks to the ladies who persevered and sorted it all out.Great service.

Great customer service from Dec. After spending hours measuring up my under the stairs cupboard for storage and taking a fair amount of time choosing a unit, shelves and boxes, upon ordering online I discovered the 8 cube storage unit couldn't be delivered and wasn't in stock anywhere in Derby. I was so frustrated as the nearest place I could collect from was Nottingham. Not being a confident driver I wasn't over the moon with this option. I rang the store and Dec took my number and said he would get in touch with the Nottingham store to see what he could do. He rang me back 5 mins later and explained he was having it transferred to my local store and it would be ready for collection the following day. He then rang the following day confirming it was ready for collection. Thank you Dec for the great service. I'm thrilled with my purchases
