Absolutely horrendous customer service today. Thankfully rectified by the store manager previous to that had to deal with a store assistant who didn't listen to anything i said to the point I had to actually call Argos customer services myself whilst in the store and get them to speak to him because of his absolute incompetence.Returned an item at the advice of customer services and was made by this store assistant to feel like id just got it from somewhere else and was trying to commit fraud. Will avoid this store in the future.
Sold me faulty security lights by luceco I now have to pay for electrician to remove and install new ones
Absolutely horrendous customer service today is my first day to this store just move from st’helens. store assistant who served me JOEY made me very sad. I been to Change faulty item it have 1 year warranty and 3 years replace cover. he told me I have to call to cook work to get replacement coed number. Then l asked him can I speak manager then he goes in to office and told me manager has told him to change those he asked me receipt I had E-receipt I give him he note the and been to the computer after 5 minutes come back and told me it not working can you give me again mine time I told him my daughter in car I have to take her to school meeting please make it quick. But he didn’t finally I left the store with out change. NEVER EVER THIS SHOP IN MY LIFE
STAY AWAY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY Robbing bunch took money for my order but will never deliver to my address when I phoned no one could tell me why. Did take 40 from my love2shop card and a week later with no refund is a joke
I went yesterday to collect an eBay order that had arrived and also to query one that should have arrived. The girls could not have been more helpful; conducting a full search and also advising me of what to do next... great job !
Poor service. A couple of difficult customers created gridlock in the store. Apparently my order has been ready for collection for 10 minutes now. Not as ready as I am to get out of here. By the way, just so you don't think this is just a moan... There are 6 customers in the building... Not 60.
A lot of people will probably say that all Argos stores are the same, they're not. This one is the best I've ever been in by far. The staff are fast, friendly and efficient and they seem to really care about doing a great job! If you live in Liverpool I recommend driving the extra few miles to come to this Argos rather than any other one
