I would prefer to give a huge ZERO(0) for this store while I have received an extremely bad experience from the Store Management. This Argos (Stratford Broadway) Branch Manager need to be changed especially the lady manager who has refused to accept a refund of a Bush 55" TV I bought 14 days before! The Lady Manager was unhelpful & rude as well. This Incident happened today evening. The TV had technical faults and the argos manager was deliberately trying to avoid the situation. Infact surprisingly she has argued with Argos Customer Complaints Headoffice & kept herself strict on her ruthless decision. Eventually I have got refund from Argos Whitechapel Branch successfully as they have checked properly & found faulty. My request to the Argos Headoffice Management to change the specific manager from this store as I have never experienced such a deliberate Worst customer service from any Argos over last 12 years especially from any manager. Really BAD Experience!
Okay if I could give a big fat 0 i would. I took in an item which I deemed it's not adequately safe which means I belive that it's a faulty item, the lady decides it's fine and keeps referring back to terms and condition which states " the product needs to be resealable" well my question to Argos is if the customer is saying its faulty why would you want to resell this to someone else!!!!. I was refused a refund and was not offered an exchange. I will try to AVOID argos at any cost from now on. I hope more people start writing about the poor customer service they receive here and the individual gets investigated. Obviously I am not blaming every member of staff here but one particular member who can only be described as rude. She did not give me her name either. I do not want to put a description of her because there must be others like her. Update: Today Argos manager Ledi ( hope I spelt it correctly) has restored my faith back in Argos's customer service. Many thanks for your help.
We purchased a scooter online and requested a refund due to a faulty charging port. We had previously tried getting a refund at the Westfield branch but they were being difficult as we could not provide an online receipt of purchase. We supplied them with the confirmation order number and showed proof of purchase, which we were later told should have been sufficient. Unfortunately, the lack of knowledge from the staff at Westfield delayed our refund request. We were then asked to contact customer services to get a VAT receipt sent, which again was something totally unnecessary. Sevda (Branch Manager) at Stratford was kind enough to assist us today and apologised on Westfield's behalf for the inconvenience caused. She identified the problem and resolved the issue without any complications. We were very satisfied with the service we received today. We would recommend asking to Sevda if you have any issues. Her customer service was excellent!

After being a loyal customer for so long. Today I had the worse experience ever with the customer service. I placed an order (single bed for my child). The order delivery was confirmed for a date and fixed hours. I ask for the day off at work to get the delivery. After waiting for my delivery be done the whole day at home, I didn't received. I called customer service which say to me that is the reason why my order hasn't been delivery it was a problem on the system. Alright, let's arrange another day delivery. All good, they offer an alternative which was a blow up bed for my child free of charge and a new day delivery with specific spot hour delivery as I wasn't going to miss another day at work. The manager Jonathan, agree with me to delivery after 3pm so make sure that I was getting my delivery and don't have to miss a day at work. What a surprise, today I received an email that my order will be delivery between 10.30am to 12.30pm which is NOT we agreed at all as they are supposed to have NEXT DAY DELIVERY (absolutely a lie) and specific slot delivery to be chosen. I called customer services expecting my problem to be solved for them as it was not my mistake at all but what another surprise, the manager on shift didn't help me at all. He say, he can't contact the delivery service and he is not able to help me at all and end our conversation hanging up the phone when I was talking to him. Very rude! I can explain how I am felling right now; disappointing, furious, very frustrated...Customer service is awful and distinguishing. We are going to miss our delivery and my child is going to have to sleep in a blow up bed for who know how many days more!!!! How a big company like Argos cannot sort out a minimum problem like this!!! This is a joke!!!!!
