Awful experience ordering TU clothes online to collect in this store. I received no correspondence updating me on whether the items were in store ready to collect. I must have ordered items TU did not have in stock but was available to purchase online because after the confirmation of purchase email I received nothing, no text, no email, no update. A week after the agreed collection date I requested to process a refund. A week after my request I spent 1 hour 45 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the issue and trace my refund with Sainsbury's staff to find out that it is TU staff I need to speak to in order to process my refund and escalate a complaint, I was transferred over to find out that TU are not operating a phone service so the call was disconnected AFTER ALMOST 2 HOURS! At this point, I will be sure to not spend my time and money at TU, Argos and Sainsbury's. Quality over quantity!

Argos has everything you could ever need for a house. Can order on line to get delivered to your house or can pick up. Can also order from the store itself and have it to take home not long after. All great quality andv. Pretty good prices. Also have big brand items available

I went there yesterday to buy a virus protection software. I'd ordered on my mobile and they sent me confirmation and reminders to pick it up in Sainsbury's. It couldn't have easier and the assistant was very helpful and friendly. It's very handy being in a Sainsbury's store so I could just pick it up when going shopping.
