When getting used to my new ride on mower, it turned out i wasn't using the choke properly which caused a problem starting the machine. Dale drove all the way to Ahoghill (about one and a half hours away) and sorted out the problem. I also had a problem with large thorns in my garden - same with last mower too) causing punctures. Dale was thoughtful enough to bring something to put in the tyres which has since worked a treat. All in all, I would rate this as the best after sales service Ive ever had. Its a family company (father delivered mower) and has excellent customer focus. I highly recommend! Very happy with my Alko ride on mower too - love the electronic grass emptying.
