Beautiful Church of Ireland cathedral in Armagh city, centrally located on a hill. The cathedral is closed at the moment due to covid restrictions, but you can still walk around the grounds and walled gardens. The walled gardens are a hidden gem and a perfect place to sit for reflection or to take your lunch break.

Considering its scale, can be a bit hard to get to, but definitely worth the effort.! Light a candle and make a donation

With the ashes of Brian Boroimhe!! What an amazing place to visit and to experience history. Beautiful, spiritual, serene. Wonderful. Don't miss a visit to 5 Vicar's Hill at the side and back of the cathedral where the old registers are stored and the most helpful curator Stephen is only too happy to give you the history of the house and its neighbours. A real treat and unexpected - a must!

History and wonderful worship in one setting. Can’t recommend enough. Don’t forget to visit the gardens, and check is the crypt is open.
