Yesterday I went into this gallery to get two cross stitch pieces that a friend kindly had done for me, framed. I am so glad I chose this gallery as the lady there really knows her work, she advised me how to have the pieces framed (not what I first had in mind), after speaking with her I'm very pleased to say what she suggested was heaps and heaps better. Not only is this lady very good at what she does, but what a lovely lady she is. It was such a pleasure to have a smile and a friendly greeting. This is the first time I have been to this gallery, but definitely not the last. Such friendly but professional service is hard to find.

My wife picked up her cross stitch pictures along with one of her paintings today. I JUST WISH SHE WOULD SHUT UP. For the last hour since she got them she hasn't stopped raving about what a fantastic job this gallery has made of them. My wife is so fussy, but in all fairness I have to give it to her, they have done an absolutely stunning job. I shouldn't say it but, even my wife's painting looks really good. looking at the quality of the framing I know she'll want a few of our paintings re-framed as some that looked fine before now look a bit sad in comparison. Many thanks for making my wife a happy lady, and congratulations as she is so hard to please.
