Be very afraid. They take no responsibility but happy to do anything for you so long as they have your money upfront.Terrible communication. Lost and damaged our wine and tried to hide the issue. When confronted they admitted the problem and wanted us to pay the excess so they could claim the insurance ! If you need a wine storage and distribution company try elsewhere.
