Took a lead in to get my unit fitted the guy had a very cavalier attitude. Told me he didn’t like fitting them particular stereos and that he could “bodge” a plug together but I’d have to fit it myself. I agreed so he then ordered me a new adapter and said it would be there in the next couple of days I called the next day he said it’s not there I then called 4 days later and he said he completely forgot. Then today I called and he had some outlandish excuses. I get that he must be very busy but if this is he’s Buisness and this is not the way to go about customer service.

Great service, knowledgable bunch of blokes. Took my R53 Mini for a pre MOT inspection and MOT. Small amount of work was needed to fix an advisory. Work completed the same day and at reasonable cost. I would recommend this business. I will certainly be using them again! Thank you. A very satisfied customer. .
