So far I'm not very impressed. I ordered an item as a gift. Placed order on Sunday 28th March, money was taken from my account Monday 29th March... then nothing!! Today Thursday 8th April , 7 working days later ! (and I have taken the 2 day Easter bank holiday into account ) I finally get an email saying my order has been dispatched. My husband Birthday was yesterday :( So he wont get his birthday present until next week !!!

Original weather station was defective. After several attempts eventually managed to get a response to return it. After chasing up I received and email stating that a replacement would be sent and that I would receive an email when it had been dispatched. 2 weeks later still no email or a replacement arrived. I sent an ail asking for an update but am still awaiting a response. Not great customer service really, even allowing for Covid and people working from home.
