Sharon handled my enquiry and communicated excellently and effectively throughout the process. Absolutely brilliant. Ben asked me to send a photo and provided safety advice at the same time. After a speedy diagnosis, on a saturday afternoon, he quoted what I thought was a very reasonable price to remove the complete chimney liner. Only 4 days later, the team arrived and we can only praise them. Great lads, very reassuring throughout. They left the house spotless and were very specific about the follow-up reports we'd receive. I have recommended them to both our 2 local fireplace and stove suppliers.
