I would just like to thank you for your amazing service. I received my order on 28/1, realised immediately I had ordered the wrong size, and posted it back the same afternoon. Today (Monday 1st Feb) I received the replacement in the correct size. Amazing service at any time, especially in the current circumstances, so again, my thanks and admiration. Ordered a set of 2 silk pillowcases as a Christmas gift for a couple on 10th December, they only sent me One! Contacted them straight away via email, and they ignored, finally managed to get through over the phone and the person named leon promised to sent the missing pillowcase first class for it to arrive before Christmas - it never did until now! Such an embarrassment as it was a gift.. Asked for a refund, but now jasmine silk ignoring my emails and calls, very very disappointed in disgusting customer service. Shop online a lot and never have I ever had such a bad service. Don't make mistake ordering from jasmine silk. Disgusting company and SCAM.
Product was fine... however customer service abysmal. Didn't get a refund for an item returned for over a month. Was signed for by Leon, but he kept asking for a tracking number (my details were inside the returned package). Ended up saying I'd speak to my credit card company to reverse the charge and he refunded the same day, with no response / email. Advised Leon of poor customer service, and would have appreciated an apology or some sort of communication - but didn't reply to that either!!
I was surprised at this fast service. I made order yesterday and today I found my silk pillowcase in my mailbox. I’m happy with the good quality silk. Thank you!
