Having visited Ascot Grange twice now, I have found the building to be very well appointed and impeccably clean and tidy. All the staff I have met greeted me with a warm smile and a 'hello'. They all seem to love working here. More importantly the people who are living here all look really happy, well looked after and have made friendship groups. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this home for a member of my family.

Each time I've visited Ascot Grange Ive been met with a warm welcome from the reception team and from the smiling faces of the lovely residents that live there. The food is a lovely mix and of great quality. The General Manager Claire always has her door open and will help with anything you might need. I enjoy my visits here and look forward to the next one!
Life changing on all levels for residents, staff, families and friends. I joined Ascot Grange 4 months ago, I feel humble to work in a community which is based on enhancing the lives of the people we care for. We are all fortunate to work in a beautiful setting which aims to deliver person centred care for everyone. With an open door policy we are here to listen not only to the residents but also family and friends.
Having visited on several occasions I never cease to be amazed at the happy atmosphere that welcomes you. I spent some time chatting with one of the residents at the recent summer garden party, who I must say is a real character with lots of life stories to tell !. But again amazed by just how happy and involved she is with other residents and the activities team. Having spent time in other providers homes I can only say pop in to Asoct Grange before you make any decisions.
I have worked at Ascot Grange for nearly 1 year now. After working at some of the UK leading senior care homes in the country I can honestly say Signature outshines them all. They are a great company to work for, they work towards their values everyday and they look after there staff and residents with the upmost respect.
