Simply excellent. I have an extreme phobia of needles and dentists; went with an extreme toothache, but Dr Lucy explained the options to me, talked me through it all and ensured I was as comfortable as possible. In the end, I had my wisdom tooth taken out-it was painless and didn't take long.

I am very pleased with the quality and the treatment that was performed. The staff was really nice and friendly. Lucy was very professional, explained me everything and give a lot of good advises. The entire procedure was painless and with no discomfort.

Had phoned them to book a consultation with these guys been asked for a upfront payment which i did, they sent me a message literally 2 hours before appointment ( i was in car) that they didnt heard from me about confirmation of the appointment and also that they required from me to have a mask when attending to the clinic or to buy one from them for 2 which i was not aware when initially talked to them over the phone. I was traveling from doncaster with a hope to get a proper treatment, but on my arrival they were claiming that i didn't confirmed my appointment with them. But they required an upfront payment from me before attending. It is absolutely misleading that nobody explain that to me over the phone. Feel really dissapointed and cheated, definitely not happy from the information provided and arrogant receptionists that was trying to convince me it is my fault at the end. I Left the clinic really mad cancelled my appointment and lost money, absolutely waste of time and discrespectfull communication. I was using many others UK clinics in the past and never been treated this way, not professional approach to the customer beware.
