AVOID THIS PRODUCT! Purchased this Sanxi Derm hand gel from Asda yesterday only to find out today how awful and pungent it smells. First I thought that the product had gone off, but then I read reviews online and found that everyone else had the same awful experience. The smell is so strong that it gives you nausea, and it takes several intense washes just to get the smell off your hands. I also realised that Asda has not listed this product on their website, where I originally wanted to review the product. Why would Asda not list a product and yet sell it in store? I will definitely be returning this product!

I got caught out, not realising they were about to close. Got screamed at from the opposite end of the store by staff member! lol Been staff at Sainsbury's for 8 years, had all sorts of customers: never once did I feel the need to shout literally the length of the store at one of them. Check out manager - I sympathize, I know you're keen to get out the door on time but have some basic manners

I know everyone is social distancing now but the young girl who works on the customer service desk is hostile. I was told to move away from her twice even though I must have been a good 5-6 meters away. I came into store for click and collect and despite being told to move away from her numerous times she insisted that I stand right next to the security guard. I know precautions need to be taken but more common sense and less draconic actions are what is needed.
