Oh my lord Nassim. What a wonderful employee he is! The way his hair fluffed about the store as he strutted his stuff through the isles and guided me to the men’s clothing isle, I was flabbergasted. He needs a pay rise now! His attitude towards asda and wanting to make sure the customer was happy and satisfied with their shop at Asda. He really goes above and beyond to make sure he completes his job and the customers leave with a beaming smile on their faces. A really well done to Nassim. I shall be returning due to this employee

Had everything I wanted and needed, all at reasonable prices. The only downside is there's an escalator to go upstairs when you have empty hands, but stairs for going down when you are burdened with your shopping!
Fab shop for all your needs but staff is pretty ignorand. Ladies at the till downstairs have a constant banter between themselves but is a different story to customers. I ve been served on many occasions while cashier talks to a colleague at the same time
Good place to do a bit of basic clothes shopping. I visited to return an online delivery as they have a parcel collection point here. Bought a lovely linen jacket reduced from 26 to 10. I found all the staff & security very friendly nice people.
You get a reasonable choice of clothes & household items. It was nice to be able to look at items & choose the best for us. Got a new rechargable iron at a good price & an oven bulb we had been unable to get elsewhere. So overall it was a successful trip out. Good to be able to walk about too.
The worst most unprofessional staff members ever, especially the ones on the tills! So miserable no care for customer service, management definitely need a training course on how to manage a good team!
