We had a lovely day in a sunny conditions. Very informative and educational place kept well.
Click and collect service was problematic. Website asked me to choose a day to collect, I had an email asking me to collect "by 5pm" on that particular day. Arrived in store to collect on said day at 1pm and was told item wasn't there and staff couldn't say when it would arrive. Nor did they apologise for the wasted journey and fact I'd had to rearrange my day to collect a product that wasn't there. More a general click and collect process issue than one with the specific store... But if you ask me what day I'd like to collect, I wouldn't have thought it's too much to ask that the item is available to collect on that day...
