Bought a new strimmer from them ,used it once came to use it this morning and it would start but not run properly and had a rattling noise from the engine . Took it back ( 40 ml round trip ) They were very attentive to the problem but did not have a fitter in till Tuesday!! to have a look at it ,very disappointed
