Always impressed with their day trips. The coaches always spotlessly clean and comfortable. Drivers very competent, cheerful, helpful and communicative. Highly recommended.

AMB took us to Calais and back in an evening and looked after us so well and our top driver Paul was so professional and we had nothing to think about. The vehicle was immaculate too. A great company to use from start to finish. Highly recommended.

After booking a mini bus with AMB and agreeing a quote I paid the deposit. A week in advance of the event we then no longer required a larger mini bus and only needed a smaller people carrier, which they asked us to be flexible with times if we could. We then paid the new balance for the vehicle hire and within 18 hours wanted to cancel the booking. To find out they will only refund part of payment, keeping 95. I rang to discuss this to be advised a manager will call me back. The call was quite amusing as I was advised to revert to the T&C's which I have no signed or verbally agreed. Apparently 5 days notice is not long enough from a booking confirmed 24 hours prior. Very poor customer service.
