After a nightmare looking for suits for my husband to be, going into Bows was a breath of fresh air! Such nice people, really helpful and friendly! And a very good choice of suits to hire, they are displayed very good so its easy to pick what you like and don't like. Would highly recommend!!

I was told by the manager at Bows Boutique, if I paid 250.00 towards the cost of a dress, that they would tell me if it was being discontinued by the manufacturer, so that I could order it. When I asked for my money back I was told that I couldn't have it, as my dress had been ordered with the manufacturer and it was a non refundable deposit. At no point did they take my measurements, so I'm not sure how they could order a dress with the manufacturer, without knowing my size. The customer order form states, that in the event I cancel an order prior to the order being placed with the manufacturer, I agree to a 10% restocking fee being taken from the refund in order to cover administrative costs. I am still yet to receive a refund. I have emailed and left messages for the manager to contact me but I have not had a response. Overall a very disheartening experience.
