I just got a call from First Call. A woman Saying “Not too apply to work there due to my past unreliability for work that happened years ago. They advertised and I worked for an employer that was unreliable themselves. Lack of professionalism and laughing in the background. Do not recommend. I recently applied for a role today because I just wanted to help out due to the pandemic. I don’t need the job. Cut out the agencies. Work for yourself or apply directly to the companies. Agencies will have you work minimum wage. While they charge the company that hired them money for hiring you. That’s money that could be in directly in the pockets of English Men and Women directly. Those are just my two pence. I’m sure you’ll have a better experience with them though. As for me. I did not.

My partner was looking for a job for so long. I was recommended by a friend to try first call in Ashford and my partner cannot be any happier with their service. My partner got a role within two days and has settled immediately she is extremely happy with her job. My partner has asked me to send thanks on to Vanda who was there from the start to finish and also gives her weekly calls to see how she is doing. Absolutely fantastic. Keep it up.
Some of the staffs are very unhelpfull and rude i took my sisters to get her register since she was new to UK and was looking for work she had an issue with right to work prove with BRP for some reason it was saying details donot match but she has a settlement visa to uk they said they will sort it out because it has to be registered company to querry about it and its been months still it shows same result when we go to web to check and i called them back to know if there is any rssponse from home office the staff.was ignoring and was very rude and told me sort yourselves out....very disappointed...
Highly recommend! Easy and good communication between office staff and employees. No delays or issues with payments. Always competitive payrates. Ability to have holidays. Reliable and responsible employer.
