Excellent machine. Was delivered as promised, but I wasn't sure of how to set it up properly, I had to call Henkleman office in the UK and explained everything to Mike whom I got on the phone and he guided me through, on what to do and on top of that he later sent one of the Henkleman's Engineers to my factory, who came and put everything right. Now, I'm enjoying the power of the jumbo 42 vacuum sealer. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that wants a genuine and high quality machine. The staff are excellent too.

We have a table top vacuum packer that can also be used for MAP too. I had a query with regarding maintenance and the programming that I wasn't sure how to resolve. I contacted Henkelman UK through the website and was contacted relatively quickly back by Mike from Henkelman. After explaining my queries in more detail and responding to questions back, I was able to resolve both my issues very easily. Mike could not have been more helpful and is a credit to his company. Overall I had exemplary dealings with Henkelman, so would recommend this company.
