I have known Emma for years now and regularly get my hair cut and coloured, as well as gel powder/gel polish on my nails and more recently eye lash extensions. I am very happy with everything that Emma does for me. She is incredibly professional, friendly and conscientious. I highly recommend her work, you will not be disappointed.

Just had my nails done sns with tips they are beautiful very happy with them they last a long time and been having them a few times now and wouldn’t have anything else. Emma is very professional and sorted out my badly bitten nails prior. I now have full confidence with my nails and off course the lovely friendly Emma. I would highly recommend Emma
My friend and I decided to get our nails done for my birthday not knowing Ashford we found Beauty forever was told by the receptionist that I could have the trainee her words were \she takes a bit longer but she's good\ I agree to this. right from the beginning I knew she didn't know what she was doing using the wrong equipment. when she put the gel onto my nails it went everywhere all over my fingers they looked awful. the receptionist obviously saw this as she came over and starting shaping my nails as well. by the end of it I was so embarrassed the nails looked terrible. my friend who was having her nails done by the other lady also looked horrified when she was asked what she thought she was brutally honest and said she hated them they were coming off but the woman disagreed with her. we went out of the feeling cheated. we work hard for our money, this was suppose to be a relaxing day. we walked down the road and found another nail shop straight away and asked if they could fix the nails when the next woman was fixing my nails she pointed out to me that all the nails were coming away not 5 mins after having them done. I just wish I had taken a photo. please do not waste your money in this shop I do not believe they have any qualifications. someone who is that untrained should not be left to themselves.
Seemed like a nice girl to start off with, explained to her that my eyesight was very poor. On the finished result was absolutely atrocious. Lots of area had been left undone, space between the cuticle and sns where uneven some where close and other was miles apart, sns has stuck to my skin a won't come off, tips are out of shape and the nails where left with lumps, bumps and dips also leaving my fingers with cuts. Never in a million year will I ever welcomed this woman as I now how to pay someone else to remove them as she refuses to do them and give me a refund!
