Shocking customer service. My wife ordered a pair of slippers which cost over 40. They arrived with a receipt stating that they cost 19.99. The receipt clearly described the slippers. They are still on the website at full price. She queried this with the company asking if she had been overcharged. She got a very curt response stating simply that she had not been overcharged. No explanation, no apology, no offer to send out a receipt showing the correct amount. So she emailed them again asking for an explanation and a correct invoice - got zero response. Why would a company deliberately send out fake invoices? Highly suspicious. Won't be using them again.

Just taken delivery of my fabulous sheepskin rug. I have never felt quality like it - this is not your average rug - pure luxury with a super-deep pile, and creamy natural 'almost-sheen' to it, - by far the best on the market in my opinion. I can't get the children or the cat off it at present! This is the perfect addition to my luxury look and feel. I have not come across another like it. Glad I found them. I will be buying more! Great customer service too.

If it wasn't for the quick delivery I would give 0 stars. First of all they took the money despite not having the product I ordered in stock - they then called to offer alternatives which okay but still not what I really wanted. When the slippers arrived, they are comfy and feel fairly sturdy but they are most definitely NOT lined with wool. It is clearly some form of acrylic type material. I won't be ordering again.

Am so pleased the sheepskin boots are back! I bought a pair that I lived in for ages. They are the best {forget uggs} Customer service is fab and they know their stuff.

Excellent customer service. I wanted to exchange an item. They sent me a free returns label and called me because the colour I wanted wasn't in stock. Very helpful on the phone, and a quick turnaround.
