Can not recommend Rory highly enough. Had him to fix heating and was very professional and thorough in work carried out. Explains everything in detail work needed and cost, never ever thought I was being charged for work that didn't need doing, in fact it was the opposite he saved me money. Since mending heating had him straight back to service boiler and have never seen boiler done so well. I would not use anyone else in future for any heating problems and friends and family will be informed of his service

I have a buy-to-let property and I had been badly let down by a previously gas engineer that the Letting Agency suggested I should use. This other engineer turned up no less than 4 times to the house and could not find out what the problem was and he gave up. I was desperate to have the problem sorted so I rang up Gravity-Heating purely by chance. I spoke to Rory who came out to the property. He was on time and he kept me informed all the time as to what the problem was. It was clear that he does know his work and everything was fixed quickly and promptly without any mess. He was clear with his fees and did not try to charge me extra unnecessarily. I was so happy with gravity-heating that I have now instructed them to also go out to my other property to do a gas safety check. If you ever need a reliable company or even a second opinion, I would not have any hesitation to use Gravity-Heating whether it is for a safety check, an urgent problem or a full installation. Rory serviced my boiler and found a small fault that needed rectifying. He took the time to explain the issue and even managed to fit doing the work in on a Friday evening. I needed it done as soon as possible and Rory fitting me in on a Friday night was much appreciated. Rory is professional, knowledgable and puts his customers first. He also provides professional documentation, electronically, which is ideal for keeping records, receipts and warranties. I was very impressed with Gravity Heating and will be asking Rory to do more work for me at another property. I called Rory about a problem in which he arranged a quick inspection and repair of my boiler . All I can say is he is professional from start to finish . He really went the extra mile and can't thank him enough . If you're looking for a reliable , professional service without paying over the top I doubt you could do any better .
