Excellent engineer who deserves more than 5 stars! NE Attachments (NEA) are very professional; they serviced and LOLER certified my Birdie hoist and Minilift 125 stand aid and 2 slings at my home on the same day. NEA managed to fit me into a perfect time-slot. Mark was very informative, Hidi was also very helpful and provided effective customer service, too. This was the second time I have used NE Attachments and will continue to use them in future. I do prefer the electronic version of the LOLER which they have provided straight away.
