I have been a student of Ashley for over 3 years. The lessons have been invaluable to me. Ashley is very knowledgeable not only in piano and music theory but also in many aspects within music production and the music industry. I have had many music teachers over the years and I can easily say Ashley is one of the most patient teachers I have had. His lessons are informative, engaging and enjoyable. Ashley is a good listener and always suits the lessons to my music goals!

Ashley's been teaching my son for about 18 months now, he started when he was working towards his Grade 5. My son describes Ashley as kind, helpful, patient, supportive and a really good teacher, he feels that Ashley understands what he wants to learn and the way in which he learns. My son's been having lessons over zoom during the pandemic and even had his Grade 5 exam virtually which has been successful. We highly recommend Ashley!

We’re extremely lucky to have found such an incredibly talented piano teacher, who also plays professionally. It was important for us to find someone laid back, who was flexible and could teach many styles from classical to improvised chords and jazz. Ashley immediately hit it off with our teenage son and has brought out the best in his abilities. Our son has made rapid progress, loves practicing and can’t wait for his next lesson! Ashley has also been teaching him the music software: Logic Pro X, so he can record his own piano compositions. My daughter started as a beginner, she has been having lessons with Ashley for almost 2 years and has learnt so much. She really enjoys her lessons and Ashley is a great teacher, he has lots of patience and is great with her. She was very shy to begin with but has gained confidence along the way. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a piano teacher.
Ashley is a professional, patient, sympathetic, flexible, gentle teacher. He really knows how to find ways of making you understand what he’s teaching and he is also successful in making the learning process very enjoyable. I think he’s got a very warm personality which is great because it makes you feel comfortable during the lessons. The price is very reasonable for the quality of teaching that he offers. I definitely recommend his service :)
Ashley has been teaching my son for some time both in person and now online. He is very encouraging and understands how to help when my son is finding something tricky to get. Ashley has inspired him to look for songs that he wants to play and now he is even composing his own pieces! My son really enjoys the lessons - I would highly recommend Ashley.
