AVOID AT ALL COST! I booked in for 11am for a full head of highlights, she warned me it might not be as blonde as how I wanted it originally but I showed her a picture of my hair with previous highlights I had done and asked if it will be like that she said yes. We proceeded with the high lights. 3 hours and 40 mins later I left the shop when it was suppose to be 2 hours only! I had high hopes for this new place as it was my first time coming and I also prepaid. I left the shop with my hair all patchy nothing like the picture. there were black patches brown patches and ends of my hair were white, the top is gingery blonde the middle length of my hair is black with brown. My hair was DAMAGED! I didn’t want to be rude as she was a lovely lady and she tried her best but I’m so upset with me hair. She just sed Id have to keep coming.. they wasn’t really sure why it come out like that. I was in there with my partner and husband and my 2 yr old daughter was agitated from the waiting. I just can’t believe what I walked out with I really held my tears back in the shop. When I managed to pull my self together at home I called the manager and I also WhatsApp her. She COMPLETELY IGNORED ME she was not sympathetic about my hair and very rude and unhelpful. Extremely gutted. She said ‘no customer would ever contact me on Xmas day and expect me to deal with this you paid treatwell not the company so deal with them until, I am free I will not be responding to any messages’ I felt that was extremely rude. So devastated as it was day before Christmas my hair was ruined. And the manager didn’t think it was important enough to come to a conclusion for something that was out of my control I put my trust and belief in this business. The worst part of it the manage has blocked me on whatsapp! After sending pictures of my hair and pouring my heart out . My hair is ruined and she felt no remorse but to block me. No refund or alternatives offered. Left like a fool with damaged hair.
