I needed photochromatic lenses. I was advised by their team to buy two different lenses types, one 1.5 index for left and 1.6 index for right. To be honest this awkward combination never worked properly. Service was fairly ok. Post sales support was poor. Eventually I consider that I wasted 120 since I had to go for another reglaze with lensology.

Absolutely first class service! Excellent communication via. email and phone from start to finish. No question too small. My office varifocal prescription which was being replaced in my high-end Oakley fully rimless frames with Hoya's top-of-the range lenses was quite bespoke and Gary and his team answered everything fully and quickly and were able to give a slightly upgraded match to the one quoted by my local optician for about 2/3rds the cost. Would recommend to anyone.
