I am a keen runner and always used the big brand names. While in Antrim I tried the ASICS store. On entering I was approached a gentleman his name was Marcus. He was extremely helpful and offered his expert advice as he also ran marathons and was a keen runner. His help, advice and patience was second to none. I didn't feel rushed and he helped me as best as he could. Very curtious and knowledgeable. A lot of stores can't offer this. Thanks Marcus I'll definitely be returning and recommending my friends 10/10

I completely understand the staff not offering a fitting service during covid but how does that stop them from even offering a little bit of decent customer service? Called today and couldn't have gotten more unhelpful or disinterested staff. Very disappointing

I was in junction one last week , was recommended to ask for Marcus as apparently he is a runner and keen Athlete! I’ve recently just taken up running and Marcus found me the perfect trainers ! I was a little nervous about going in but he made me feel so at ease , I absolutely loved his manner and customer service . Can’t wait to visit again and don’t mind driving the 50 odd miles just to visit this store . Thanks again

I would grade them no stars if I could - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I feel traumatised by the whole experience. I bought shoes from this store for my son and the sole split within a week. When I took them back to the shop, the male shop assistant, was unpleasant and accusatory and said that the fault was mine. (My son was simply walking on a flat surface when the heel came off the shoe .) The assistant, Marcus, was rude and dismissive, proceeding to serve the people in the queue behind me while completely ignoring me. His intimidatory behaviour to a woman on her own with a child was inexcusable: Asics should be embarrassed and ashamed that a loyal customer should be treated this way in one of their stores.

I recently decided to start jogging/running. To say I was nervous about starting was an understatement as I was not sure what type of trainers/clothing I would need. I called into Asics last week and was warmly greeted by a member of staff who I now know is called Marcus. Marcus is an amazing member of staff with great experience and knowledge about the range of Asics at Junction one. He immediately put me at ease and was very patient with explaining the different types of trainers etc. Marcus is a very keen runner and was able to guide me too the right apps/programmes to help me start my running. It was nice that he took the time out of his busy day to help me rather than in some shops were they just want the sale and no help! Thanks for all the hints and tips!!!

I found this store to be well laid out with a good selection of leisure and sports related products available, not only this one to visit but a wide variety of shops available at this out of town Outlet Shopping Centre which is in the process of being extended to include TGIF and McDonald's. Also of course there Is the Cinema to visit Loads of free parking available here and well worth visiting.

Brilliant shop and the wee girl that served me on sunday was a joy, for her being so young she knew her stuff and helped me right on a few things so well done her and that people is how you serve a customer
