Went to a view a car today and ended up leaving with it! Honest advert of condition of car, no pressure selling, allowed us to look around and go for a test drive at our own will. Very impressed with communication from start to finish, especially impressive considering COVID and Christmas holidays. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease, this was the first time I have bought a car - Bryn even helped me get the tax sorted so I could drive away today. A very lovely experience, couldn't recommend enough. Thank you!!! :)

Didn't even bother haggling as the ar was such a good price anyway. Took it back a week or so later as there were some 'niggles'. The guys got their mechanics to sort immediately. That was 10 weeks ago and the car is faultless, as was Askern Road Garage.
Bought my first car from Bryn a couple of weeks ago. Great fast friendly service. Slight issue with the car after driving away was resolved, no issues. The negative reviews lower on the list seem unfounded. I've since used the workshop for my partners mot and also great service. Would recommend to anybody in the local area or further a field
Recently bought my car from here and my first experience using this dealer was easy enough and straightforward especially considering I collected it during a lockdown period(by prior arrangement) Bryn arranged to meet us there on a Sunday morning to view and test drive,there was no pressure and we were left to look around it in our own time. Collection was just as hassle free, arranged a collection time and Bryn sorted transferring the V5 and applying for the tax etc efficiently whilst I was there. Only had the car for a week so far and apart from needing to replace the rear wiper blade(it was almost non existent) and parcel shelf clips (none there at all to attach to the strings) it appears to be a good buy. Both of these very minor issues were actually spotted by us when viewing so we bought knowing about these. To be fair though,in my opinion you can't expect 100% on a used car that's a few years old so we haven't minded sorting them. The car has done average miles for it's age,has fairly tidy bodywork,runs without any added noises.Mine was up for very a similar price to the same age and model advertised on forecourts elsewhere so upon checking we haven't paid anymore for it than we should have either :-)
I have bought cars from the same independent dealer for the last 20 years so I was very weary about buying from a different dealer. I must say my worries vamished the minute I spoke to Brine. Honest old school dealer who takes an effort to engage with his customers. Communication was great and service second to none, would definitely recomend. Nice to have a pleasurable experience in these troubled times. Peter Riley
