As a new member of staff working for Aspirations I was made to feel welcome and everyone I have met has been absolutely lovely. The training I received was excellent and the trainer (Toby) was extremely helpful! So far I've thoroughly enjoyed working for Aspirations and am so glad I joined the company. A terrific company to work for, great teams of people, excellent support from management and the service users are brilliant.
