Sent me an email, but I live in the US and not the UK, so I have good reason to believe there is an error. I tell them this, but they keep telling me to call them. I respond that I am not making an international call to clear this up...to which they tell me to call them. If this company does investigations, they are clearly bad at it. If not for the fact these guys have a physical location, I would have believed them to be scammers.

Paid off my debt with original company I borrowed money from. They continued to harass me. Telling me I shouldn't of paid the original company I shouldn't of paid them. Pretty much called me a liar the next time I spoke with them when they continued to harass me. I sent proof over that I had paid everything off in full. They told me they couldn't see the files then they could and it went to an investigation instead of phoning the original company because it's my responsibility to provide proof. That was in November. Never Hurd anything back and now in April I have had another email saying they want the money. Furious. Disgusting company

Never heard of them till a year ago when I got told by my boss that they were taking me to court because I owed them money which in fact I did not. It's only today when the court dismissed my court case as they have been identified as fraud. Funny thing is that they got my date of birth and my home address wrong. If you're going to scam someone and take them to court, at least do it right! Be wary and I hope no one has to deal with these horrible people.

Shambles of a company paid my debt off in full and still filed a ccj against me even they sent an email saying my account is closed and paid in full when I phoned them today was very unhelpful. I hope they like the letter of complaint from the financial ombudsman and rectify the issues

Should be a option for ZERO STAR. Cowboy company. 2 bit outfit run by clowns, give monkeys some crayons they open a business and they call themselves specialist debt collectors. Could probably do a better job to be quite Frank. Try to rip people off and extort them for debts that aren't even owed, there's people on my estate that do illegal dodgy shark loans and they have a better debt collection than this place. Bad bad bad bad bad....its all that this company is.
