We called Martin after being advised to put Yogi Bear to sleep due to complications with age. Martin was very compassionate and understanding on the phone, and seemed to know exactly what we were going through. When we arrived, Martin took the time to explain how Yogi Bear would be looked after and talked to throughout his journey across the Rainbow Bridge so that he would never be alone. Being able to bring him back to his home on the same day ensured we were not apart from him any longer than necessary. An unbelievably tough and upsetting few days but couldn't have asked for more from At Rest for our special baby boy.

I took my beloved Blake to Martin on 23rd Jan to say my last goodbye to him. Martin was understanding and proffesional and allowed me the time to do this. He stayed with him all the way on his final journey over the rainbow. I highly recommend At Rest . Thank you Martin
On 16th December 2020 we had to say goodbye to our beloved boy Bruno. We were totally heart broken and in pieces. I telephoned At Rest Pet Cremations crying and Lorraine answered. She was calm, reassuring and told me how to find them. She met my wife and I at their premises where we entrusted Bruno into their care. Lorraine was comforting and understanding. We did not feel rushed or pressured into anything. Nothing was to much trouble. When Lorraine found out we had a young pup at home, she suggested we bring him to say goodbye to Bruno. It was important for him to grieve as well. The next day Martin put Bruno in a bed with his duvet, on the floor for our George to see him. The three of us sat with Bruno and Martin for half an hour. Telling stories and remembering significant events in Brunos life. Martin put us at ease and promised to look after Bruno for his journey over the rainbow bridge. We can not thank Martin and Lorraine enough for their help at this difficult time. We highly recommend their service. Thank you, Chris & Deb
On 8 September 2020 we sadly lost our beautiful brave Westie Tia. From our first contact with Martin he was so kind and caring, we knew our beloved Tia would be treated respectfully and with dignity. We cannot thank Martin enough for his kindness and compassion at this heartbreaking time. Tia was one of the most gentle, loyal, loving companion anyone could wish for and she brought our family so much happiness. We loved her with all our hearts, our lives will never be the same. Thank you for the keepsakes, we will treasure her clippings of fur and paw prints forever, plus the Rainbow text messages, Forget Me Not card and seeds. Thank you once again Martin.
How Martin treated Kloe and text messages of reassurance have really helped deal with our girls' passing. Thank you so much for an absolutely amazing service. I recommend you to anybody. Thank you. D&D
