We ordered a meal for 3, in advance,for New Year's eve...the delivery was 2 1/2 hours late.We put that down to the busy time of year. Tonight we ordered a delivery for 3 people again....after several follow up phone calls from ourselves...the delivery was 2 1/2 hours late.We won't be using Herbs and Spices again!They were rude and unhelpful.

Recently moved here and decided on some indian food. The food we ordered was stunning. Will definately be ordering again and would highly recommend.
Tonight a group of ten of us walked in off the street, hungry and worn out after a long day on a canal boat. We had the best curry that any of us have had in a long while! Great tasting food and very generous portion sizes. Friendly and attentive staff too.
Ordered for only the 2nd time on their website so i could pay on card as i fancied a Ruby Murray and had no cash at home. This service is excellent by the way and the food is delivered really quickly and hot ......also all additional requests on order are followed to the letter. They forgot my Pilau rice which was included with the Balti......i rang to ask about it and if it could be upgraded it to Keema rice for mix up ......and it was delivered with an apology from the driver before I had finished my starter and they are 4 miles away .........how good a service was that. Highly highly recommend this establishnent as food and service are 2nd to none .........ive been eating Indian food worldwide for 43 years........ so kinda know whats good ...Thank You H & S
