Lovely peaceful site.

We booked for a short stay and were made to feel very welcome by Rosemary and her husband. The site is well laid out with an immaculate toilet and shower block (although showers were closed due to C19). The pitches have electric hook up and water, both hard standing and grass options. It is beautifully maintained and has gorgeous countryside views. There are plenty of farms locally for eggs, milk and honey! It was the perfect break away. Thank you!
Had a lovely pitch in the corner overlooking corn field's for 1 night staying with family and dog. Nothing for the kids to do except a grassy area to play but ours still had a good time and lots of other families there with children. Toilets we're very clean,showers/washing up area not open due to covid. Owner came and said Hi to guests the following morning. Had a lovely night away in our camper.
Pitches big and flat, nicely marked out and extremely convenient water at the back of every pitch. Toilet block spotlessly clean. Lovely and quiet during the week and close to a supermarket ,a couple of miles. Ah fresh country air.
Great campsite, love that you can choose and book your pitch online. The gate inn pub was only 7 mins walk, had a beer sat outside with the dog what more could you want!
