ATS have been so helpful this week. Had an issue with my tyre and they changed it for my spare free of charge. Went back to them today so they could fit the replacement. All the staff were friendly. Great service.

Twice I have been in now in the last year both times with small issues: a stone caught in the break mount and a slow puncture. Both times they fixed them for me within 20mins and I had to force them to charge me anything. Absolutely brilliant team there, they are kind and patient especially with car illiterate people like myself. Highly recommend, just be nice to them and they are very civil back.
Freindly and helpful. Booked online via the ATS website and worth noting that their prices are quite competitive with tyre discount sites like Black Circles, in fact some premium brand tyres were cheaper.
I would not recommend ATS Euromaster! As a lazy and emergency option I went here rather than shop around and make 1 phone call to Elite Garages near the Haywards Heath station. The price from Elite includes everything including fitting etc. and would have cost 225 but ATS charged 305 and that was made up of 245 then 32.99 for wheel aligning, 7 for something else, 3.29 for tyre disposal which they didn't ask me for and I didn't request, 2 for nitrogen inflation etc. etc! Gutted and annoyed with myself for not making the call to Elite. Generally the employees were very polite and friendly although just based on price rip offs I have given a negative review. :-(
arrived at Gower Rd Haywards Heath ATS Saturday morning to have my rear tyres checked. I was seen to very quickly and obviously this was the problem. I was told I would need 2 new rear tyres as they were approaching the legal limit. On Monday after a phone call from the branch to tell me the cost of 2 new tyres would be 120 more than originally discussed, now 440 for 2, I decided to go on line and order through Black circle and have the tyres fitted at a nearby garage. They asked the question why I needed these changed as they had 4mm left on the tyres!! So basically stay clear of this garage, ATS Haywards Heath, for tyres unless you are positive yourself that your tyres are nearly illegal or worse.

BEWARE! Online they check local stock.. you pay.. they ring to say no stock for 5 weeks and I can pay extra for a more expensive tyre. Will be reporting them to trading standards.
