Always busy booked in for sons car to be serviced at end of week used the place many times staff always accomadating and customers like going there ATS needs to keep the car servicing and tyres there as long as it can not many other places to go in the town with same services and good prices I have 3x cars a motorcycle and business vehicles that are locked after there couldn't do without the place

Great service from Kevin today. Had the problem with my tyre diagnosed and sorted in 20 minutes, while I enjoyed my free hot chocolate! Will definitely be coming back.

I was abruptly told they had double booked my slot and I would have to wait a few hours. Then after asking for 3 tyres to be replaced, I was told on return that only 2 actually needed doing, so the other was one was left on the car - even though this tyre has a screw puncturing it. Apparently it was my fault for not stating this during the 30 second conversation before I was quickly ignored for the other customer booked at same time (even though ATS were told about this at the time of booking) I can only assume my car was rushed through and I will not be using or recommending ATS in the future.
