I ordered four tyres on 9th feb through black circles to be fitted at ATS. It was booked for the 11th feb however I had to drop it in on the 10th feb due to work commitments and they rang me about an hour later saying that they managed to fit them on the afternoon I dropped the car off. Exceptional customer service.

Absolute shambles. Purchased 4 tyres and a 4-wheel alignment online, booked it in to be done on Monday 13th. Got a call an hour before informing me the tyres had not arrived in the morning delivery. Okay, rebooked for Tuesday 14th. Got a call on the morning of the 14th and was told there was only 1 person there and he couldn't work alone. Okay, rebooked for Thursday the 16th. Dropped the car off on Thursday, got a call an hour later informing me the tyres had been changed but the technician had walked out so they couldn't do the alignment. Had to rebook the alignment for Monday 20th. What should've been done within an hour or two took a whole week! The guys working there are friendly, but save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

Booking got moved twice due to staff shortages, could hear them searing and mocking customers in the workshop, took them almost 2hrs to change 4 tyres. Not the great garage they once were.
