I go here every Friday and consistently excellent fish and chips. Staff very friendly. I order on website and always just putting them up when I arrive and are always hot and portions generous. Would recommend to everyone.

A family favourite of ours. Auckley friery is so good that despite moving house, we still travel to have fish and chips from this place because we are yet to find a decent competitor closer to home! There's even a little area to sit and eat outside the chippy which is great on a warm and sunny day.

Very clean inside and out, nice friendly staff and a quick service wasn't waiting too long from order to handover. They do offer for sale a chicken curry special but don't offer rice to go with it which was a little annoying but more of a personal preference not a criticism. I ordered the largest haddock they do which was 11oz with medium portion of chips, as the Picture shows the fish is a good size and the chips where golden brown, fluffy and taste great. The fish itself tasted nice the batter wasn't too heavy or greasy and the fish was tasty too however was little on the thin side at either end compared to other places which I have found to be thicker but by no means was this a bad fish just I have had better locally. The packaging I thought was a real stand out as it perfectly encompasses the size of both fish and chips and just feels much better in the hand as opposed to conventional trays or boxes. I can't fault my experience here this is one of the better fish and chips locally and I enjoyed it. Its not the best in Doncaster but its probably in the top 5 from my experience. Will call again when in the area thank you.
