Sold my house in February (2020) with the passion that stood unrivalled from director, Ian, through the most pleasant staff, auctioneer, solicitors, receptionist, viewer...it was wonderful. They couldn't do enough for me, and one young female staff member filled up even more than I did when my house WENT THROUGH THE ROOF at their 4/2/20 sale. Still enjoying their progress via my nearly new laptop! But not as much as the memories XXXXX
I’ve used Auction House a few times now for buying property and have always had a positive experience with them. Yvette and the team are always available and willing to help with any queries or questions(even the daft ones!)and do so in a very friendly yet professional manner. My most recent purchase was made online at the West Yorkshire auction on 20/10/2020. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the bidding was carried out by Yvette on my behalf via telephone conference. She handled it perfectly and made the winning bid for me. All in all, very happy with Yvette and the team at Auction House. 5 stars.
