Sold with auction house a few years ago and just sold at auction yesterday. Needed a quick turnaround so from first contact to sale was all done in 5 weeks. Chris was very helpful and gave an honest assessment explained process/gave solicitor contact. Stephen did the viewings and fed back regularly. Good email and phone contact. Also fees a lot lower than the other auctions. Moved to online auction due to covid successfully too. Great service!
Wow, what can I say. Some of the best customer service I've ever had from any industry. James and his team have gone above and beyond and delivered more than I'd ever expect from an auction house. This was our first auction purchase and was very daunting, but James has been so helpful guiding us through the process, really put us at ease and has made the experience much less scary. We'll be back for more!
