When writing a review on a company where everything has gone smoothly it is very easy to write glowing compliments. However, in those circumstances do you really know how that company performs? Recent times have obviously been challenging particularly for the retail sector. I ordered a new AV receiver from Audio T. There was a bit of a mix up which resulted in a delay. This was when Audio T stepped up to the plate and showed how good customer service can smooth over any delays or errors. I would have no hesitation in recommending Audio T particularly the help given by Andrew.
